BY AIR: If you are traveling by air, Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) is conveniently about 20 minutes from the center of the city and our hotel blocks. BY RAIL:If traveling by train, the Amtrak 30th Street Station is essentially right in the center of the city. BY CAR:If you are planning to drive to Philadelphia, the hotels can help arrange parking during your stay. Alternatively, there are many garages around the city that offer daily or hourly rates. Please note that street parking in and around downtown is very limited. While you are here, Uber and Lyft are very convenient and accessible.

Roundtrip transportation will be provided from the W Philadelphia and The Element to Glen Foerd.

What is the dress code?

Do you have a hotel room block?

Yes, we have room blocks at two hotels: the W and Element. They are adjoining properties located in downtown Philadelphia. See the Hotel and Travel page for more information. Please make your reservation by September 9th. If you prefer to stay at another hotel property or AirBnb instead you are welcome to do so! However please note that shuttle transportation will pick up and drop off from the W and Element hotels only.

WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED?

Yes, transportation to the ceremony/reception will be provided from the W and Element hotels. For those who prefer to drive, parking is available at the venue. Uber and Lyft are easily accessible options as well.

CAN WE BRING OUR KIDS? 

We love your little ones, but we’ve chosen to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives you the chance to relax, enjoy the evening, and maybe even sneak in a dance (or two!).
